This career major will prepare the student to enter the electrical occupation as an electrical parts handler or Electrician’s Apprentice. An Electrical Assistant 1 student will learn electrical safety, blueprint reading, hand and power tool safety, electrical theory, materials identification, and will be introduced to the National Electric Code and commercial installations. This career major is for 1st year high school students only. |
