Program Description
|
This program is ideal for students interested in a career in nursing plus diagnostic services. It will provide students with the basic knowledge and skills necessary to assist individuals in residential care, group homes, and sheltered workshops with medication. It includes administration of medications, measuring and charting, vital signs and legal aspects. Embedded is Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider CPR training and credentialing. The program allows the student the opportunity to gain advanced standing credit in a licensed practical nurse program . |
